Fresh, natural chocolates are very susceptible to heat so Niemann's takes every precautionprecaution to insure the candies arrive in perfect condition. Even in the cooler months we use frozen gel packs in ground shipments to the Sothern and Western States. In the warmer months we use expedited delivery in insulated packages as required by the season and the destination.
